How to get access to Deadlock
I think all Dota2 fans are eagerly awaiting the release of Valve’s Deadlock, a new project that was first reported in 2022. The third-person shooter combines the mechanics of Dota 2, Valorant and Team Fortress 2. The match involves 2 teams of 6 players. The main task is to destroy the enemy “Tron”, which is placed on the opposite side of the map on the opponent’s base.

How to get an invitation to Deadlock
Valve has launched an open playtest of Deadlock on August 24, 2024. Streamers have received permission to broadcast gameplay on streaming platforms, and access to testing is open to all fans of the genre.
Invitations are sent by players who have already received access to Deadlock. Each user can invite an unlimited number of friends – Deadlock online is constantly growing. A week after its release into public testing, the Deadlock’s peak online was more than 100,000 people.
Especially enterprising users sell invites on trading platforms. As a rule, the cost of an invite is no more than 1 US dollar.
Players who have no friends with Deadlock, do not hurry to despair. You can ask for an invitation in themed Steam communities and on Discord servers. To get an invitation you need to add a person to your friends in Steam.
Deadlock invites on Steam come within a few hours. I received the invitation within an hour, however, some players complain that the invitation arrives after 2 days.
After accepting the invitation, the game will go into the Steam library and the user will be able to download Deadlock on PC to play for.
How to invite a friend to Deadlock
In the main menu of the game in the lower right part of the screen there is an item to invite friends. The button will open the list of friends – you can select those to whom you want to send an invitation.
Remember that if a person rejects the invitation by mistake, you can send a second invite in a few hours.
